Good to know

Questions, answered.

Still unsure about something? Ask us directly. We reply fast.

Where does the trip start and end?

Both trips are Delhi to Delhi. The exact pickup point and time are shared on WhatsApp once you book. Please report 30 minutes before departure.

How do I reserve my seat and pay?

Message us on WhatsApp for the current price and dates, then pay a small advance to reserve your seat. The balance is paid at pickup. The advance is non-refundable; for Manali–Kasol it is adjusted against your next trip.

Which meals are included?

Breakfast and dinner at your stays. Lunch is not included, so you can eat at local cafés and dhabas along the way.

Can the plan change because of winter weather?

Yes. Snow, landslides and road closures can alter timings or sightseeing. Your trip captain re-plans on the ground so you still get the best of the route. Please read the terms below.

What should I pack for Spiti in winter?

Thermals, a down jacket, woollen cap, gloves, thick socks, waterproof snow boots, moisturiser, lip balm and sunglasses. Temperatures drop well below zero at night.

Is altitude a concern?

Spiti sits above 3,500 m. Drink plenty of water, go slow on day one at altitude and tell your trip captain right away if you feel unwell. Carry your regular medicines.

What details do you need to confirm a booking?

A government ID (Aadhaar or licence), your phone number, a guardian or emergency contact number and your email ID. Only the names given at confirmation can travel.

Is insurance included?

No. Travel and medical insurance, rescue and evacuation are not included. We recommend buying cover before you travel.
